### Which windows version is recommended?

* Stix personally recommends using Windows version 23h2. You are able to download this iso file at <https://os.click/en>

### Why is the file deleting randomly??

* If Windows Defender or your antivirus software is flagging or deleting the file follow along. Click your windows key > Go to settings > Privacy & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings > Disable Real-time protection & Tamper Protection temporarily until you are finished with our app.

### Fix "Failed to Initialize Authentication System" error

* If you are getting this error from our Premium Tweaking Utility, you need to disable Windows Defender or add the program as an exclusion. If this still does not fix it then  contact Stix Pc Services Support Team.

### How do I enable Bluetooth again?

* To enable Bluetooth again, try downloading the [Bluetooth Fixer.bat](https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/1ac8fkhgn5cbi3229yav7/Enable-Bluetooth.bat?rlkey=4hue52xxfeeal4pqxwpt1w20p\&st=6fof7tnn\&dl=1\)) file and run it as admin.
