Some questions that are commonly asked are:

### Where do I find my license key after I purchase a product?

* Please check your email for your receipt with the download and then license key, you may need to check your spam folder if you cannot see it.

### Are you guys trustworthy?

* Yes we are, Stix has been in the tweaking seen for a while and has accumulated over 1.5k reviews. Stix is also friends with bigger creators like Khorvie, EXM, FrameSyncLabs, and many others.

### Why does the file keep getting deleted randomly?

* This is caused by Microsoft flagging the file as a virus. Don't worry, this is a false positive. Simply disable windows defender until you are done using the application then turn it back on.

### What payment methods do you guys accept?

* We currently accept the following: PayPal, Cashapp, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and All Debit or Credit Cards. Our payments go through Shopify which uses Stripe as their payment gateway.

### Do you guys offer HWID Resets?

* Yes, if you reinstall windows you will be able to use our product(s) again free of charge. The product is limited to 1 device only. If you are on the same device then you are able to receive a HWID Reset for free. If you are on a new device you must purchase the product again for 50% off.

### If Stix updates the product I purchased, do I need to pay again?

* No, any future updates that are made to the product(s) you have purchase you will not need to pay again.
